顺和煤矿主井井筒基岩段大段高预注浆防治水设计与施工

摘要: 为保证安全高效通过永夏矿区标志含水层K6砂岩,在施工顺和煤矿主井井筒-565~-705m基岩段时,采用工作面大段高预注浆施工方案。注浆结束后,单孔涌水量减少到了1.01m3/h以下,取得了显著的效果,为井筒掘砌施工创造了良好条件,使井筒得以安全顺利落底。

Abstract: To ensure through the sign K6 sandstone aquifer of Yongxia mine security and efficient, in construction the Main Shaft -565m~-705m bedrock segment of Shunhe Mine , we applyed face large section Pre-Grouting for water-blocking ,in the end ,the hole water inflow reduced to 1.01m3/h or less, achieved remarkable results, create favorable conditions for driving and masonry shaft , wellbore to be safe and smooth off the bottom.
